Payment
The following payment methods are accepted:
You Do Not Need An Account to Pay by Paypal or Nochex!
Paypal Express - (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta & Visa Electron.)
Nochex* - (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro & Solo) *UK only - maximum order £100
All card payments are securely processed by the payment gateway of your choice!
Alternatively you can choose to pay by cheque or postal order - please choose 'Pay by Post' at checkout. Order will be dispatch only after funds have cleared.
Delivery

All jewellery is placed inside a gorgeous 100% recycled handmade gift box and then securely wrapped inside a bubble wrap bag or cardboard box before being posted to you.
If you have requested a bespoke piece of jewellery (i.e. you have opted to change the metal or gemstone used in a design) it may take up to a week for your jewellery to be dispatched. If you need your jewellery sooner, please contact me before ordering.
All other orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail within 1 working day.

Postage is FREE for all UK, Isle of Man & Channel Island addresses and will be sent via Royal Mail.
Orders over £20 will be sent FREE Recorded Delivery.
Orders over £50 will be sent FREE Special Delivery (by 1pm Next Day)
If your order is under £20 and you wish it to be sent recorded delivery this will cost 95p.
If your order is under £50 and you would like it to be sent special delivery, this will cost £5.95.
For international orders postage is as follows:
£2.95 for surface mail (can take up to 2 weeks to Western Europe, 4 weeks to Eastern Europe and 8 weeks to the rest of the world).
£4.95 Airmail (approx. 4 days to Western Europe, 5 days to Eastern Europe and 6 days to the rest of the world).
£9.95 International Signed For (delivery times are the same as Airmail).
International buyers – please note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- All purchases made via TrickysBoutique.co.uk are subject to UK legislation.
Order Cancellation
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Tricky’s Boutique for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to the address on the label.

If however your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the order to me.
Return or Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact me and let me know why you wish to return your items. I will then give you the return address, please return the item or items to me in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from order date. I will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please note:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. For your own protection, I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility.

Please allow the appropriate time for your parcel to reach me.
Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact me quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. I will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from the order date to inform me about the faulty item.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact me quoting your order number, your name and address and whether you require a refund or a replacement. I will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from the order date to inform me about the error.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
